The central staircase makes it easy to get around and adds a nice touch to the space—it’s definitely one of the most beautiful Apple stores I’ve seen in Asia. Staff were mostly polite and let me check out products freely, though I did notice a bit of inconsistency in how customers were treated—I waited quite a while for help while other locals got faster service. Prices were higher than I expected, but if you’re looking for something rare like a custom keyboard setup, they might have it. Plus, they make tax-free shopping pretty straightforward if you remember to get your forms stamped before leaving Thailand. Overall, good place to browse or buy if you’re in the area.
