Dr. MacBook Thailand · Reviews
I've had excellent service from them in the past, and would like to use them again, but I can't contact them! Their phone number "doesn't exist", the response form on their web site doesn't work (after repeated tries), I can't contact them via line, and I don't think they look at their emails! Are they still in business? I can't visit because I live a long way from Bangkok. If anyone can help me, leave a helpful review here! Thank you!

Got my MacBook Pro cleaned out for just ฿500, which is a steal! The shop is located in a high-end office building and the service is professional. Apple Store wouldn’t even touch my request, and if they did, it would’ve cost a fortune. Highly recommend!
Wanwisa Kanjanapas (2025)I usually go to Apple for repairs, but Dr. MacBook exceeded my expectations. The service was fast and the staff was friendly. My MacBook Pro was as good as new in just a couple of hours. Definitely worth a visit if you need any repairs. Thanks, Dr. MacBook!
Somsak (2025)Found the perfect spot for MacBook repairs at Dr. MacBook. They provided a quick error scan and informed me immediately. Plus, they asked for feedback and offered a guarantee on their replacements. If you have MacBook issues, this is the place to go!
Karl E. (2025)Dr. MacBook Thailand is an absolute gem for MacBook repairs. They fixed my charging port and motherboard issues quickly and at a fair price. The staff is incredibly honest, patient, and generous. Their calming office vibe was a bonus. Why overpay at the Apple Store when you can get better service here?
Elias (2024)Best MacBook service shop I’ve ever been to! They replaced my 2016 MacBook Air battery and cooling fan in just 15 minutes. Fast service, great pricing, and super polite staff. If you have any MacBook issues, don’t hesitate to visit them. Highly recommend!
