This spot has quickly become my go-to for pancakes. The fried ricotta pancakes are a must-try, especially with a side of bananas and maple syrup. Plus, their Cold Brew is a fantastic match. The outdoor seating area, complete with friendly cats, is a nice bonus.

I couldn't resist trying the pancakes after hearing so much about them, and they did not disappoint. Crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside, and perfectly paired with bananas and maple syrup. Their Cold Brew complements it perfectly.
