Our visit to Ruby's was the perfect prelude to an evening in Bangkok's city center. The seasonal martinis crafted by Poon were a standout, offering unexpected flavors like garlic, pepper, and coriander root in the "My Martini." These drinks were complemented by delicious small bites and engaging stories about local culture, making it an unforgettable experience. The bartenders' expertise and the thoughtfully executed concept make this place a must-visit for cocktail enthusiasts.

Ruby's offers a truly "Omakase Cocktail" experience with a menu of 16 original drinks, including 14 cocktails and 2 mocktails. The bar is a gem within the Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok, featuring unique cocktails like Diamond, Beryl, Opal, and Ruby that can't be found elsewhere.
