The brisket at Billy's was excellent, albeit a bit pricey. The unique sausages are a must-try, but the pork ribs were a bit dry this time. Maybe it was just an off day. Overall, it's still a solid BBQ joint with plenty of great options.

Stellar Smash Burgers with Quick Service, But Beware the Heat

The smash burgers here are fantastic and very filling. I got the cheeseburger set with tater tots and a vanilla milkshake. Next time, I'll choose fries instead of the salty tater tots. The milkshake was super sweet, so if you don't like sweet stuff, stick to water. Loved the pickles and buns, but the ranch sauce was disappointing. It's an outdoor seating area and can get quite hot during the day, but I bet it's lively at night.

Little Market offers a hipster ambiance with burgers that are generally solid, featuring juicy and fresh patties. While the curly fries are perfect, the onions are high in vinegar, throwing off the balance of the burger. A sweet element like ketchup mixed with their house chili sauce helps, but experimenting with potato buns or sweet bacon jam could elevate their offerings. Definitely worth coming back for the unique flavors.

The cheese burger at Barney's is excellent, with great flavor, balance, and juiciness. It's my new favorite fast food-style burger in Bangkok, better than some other popular spots. The tater tots are also tasty, and the prices are reasonable. The outdoor seating area is a nice bonus.

Outstanding Burger and Truffle Mac N' Cheese at Quickie

Quickie offers a delicious classic American-style burger experience. The smashed beef patty is crispy on the outside and perfectly complemented by a super soft bun. Their shakes, floats, ice cream, and fries are all top-notch too. Definitely a must-try spot for burger lovers!
