As a foreigner, I highly recommend Bangpakok 9 International Hospital. The staff's dedication to assisting non-Thai speakers is commendable. From the start to the end of my checkup, I was accompanied by a staff member who translated and addressed all my concerns. The hospital's commitment to patient care was evident, even during lunch breaks, with doctors like the lung specialist visiting patients in the ward. Their approachability and service exceeded my expectations.

During my visit to Bangpakok 9 International Hospital, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional care provided by Dr. Theeratus Jongboonyanuparp and Dr. Rawin Suanaporn. Despite not being a native Thai speaker, Dr. Theeratus ensured I clearly understood my condition and treatment options, even personally reviewing my CT scan. The hospital stay was comfortable with modern, spacious rooms and hygienic meals. However, the language barrier with some nurses was a minor issue. Special thanks to Fernie and Green for their translation and insurance assistance, making my stay smoother.
