Moo Ping Hea Owen Silom

Found this little spot on Silom and wow, their pork skewers really hit the mark. The meat is super tender and juicy, marinated with loads of garlic and herbs—just what I wanted. The homemade chili sauce is spicy but has a nice sweet-sour balance that goes perfectly with the skewers. Fair warning though, if you come too early in the day they might not be freshly grilled, so aim for evening to get that smoky char. It’s a bit pricier than some other stalls but honestly worth it for the flavor and friendly service. Definitely grabbing some more next time I’m around here.
