I have been to Holey Artisan a few times now, and the food is always consistently good. The portions are big, so sharing is a good idea if you don't have a big appetite. The service is top-notch, and the staff is friendly and speaks English. I also appreciated being able to bring my small pet indoors. I loved my first visit to Holey Artisan! The burger was delicious, although I wish it came with fries. The pizza was unique and tasty, more like a Focaccia bread. The ambience was great, and I enjoyed being able to see the bread production while dining in. The staff spoke English well, which was a plus.
