I’m pretty picky about bread but this place blew me away. The sourdough rice bread has this chewy, almost mochi-like center with a crust that’s just the right kind of crisp. Tried it with their vegan cream cheese and it was a perfect combo. Also grabbed some cookies and muffins—they weren’t overly sweet and felt homemade, not like the usual bakery stuff. The staff were super friendly and gave me tips on their different breads too, which I really appreciated because they have so many varieties. Definitely coming back next time I’m in Bangkok.
