Under Over Bake Laboratory is a hidden gem for bread lovers. I tried the grilled cheese sandwich, and it was incredibly aromatic and flavorful with a perfect texture. The three cheese focaccia and cranberry raisin walnut breads were equally delightful, boasting a chewy texture that was just right. The chicken liver pate was among the best I’ve ever had. I highly recommend visiting, but note that there are only a few tables available for dining in.

I ordered delivery and was blown away by the quality. The focaccia was perfectly textured and flavorful, and the charcoal cheese bagel was a delicious treat. Following the shop’s reheating instructions made everything just right. This spot is definitely a new favorite for me.

K. Fah’s expertise in bread-making is evident in every bite. I recently tried the cranberry hybrid sourdough and was impressed by its softness, a pleasant departure from the usual hardness associated with sourdough. It’s definitely worth trying if you're not a fan of traditional sourdough textures. Just be prepared for limited parking options in the area.
