My recent experience at Don Asado was wonderful. The tomahawk steak was tender and perfectly cooked, and the sides like cheese bread and garlic mushrooms complemented the meal nicely. Excellent service and generous food portions. My waiter Oil was very accommodating and eager to serve. Beef Brisket was tender and thick, but it lacked the smokiness I was expecting from an American style BBQ restaurant. The 3 main sauces saved the meats. The pork ribs need improvement - they were dry and lacked the BBQ smokey aroma. When I shared my feedback with Martin, he took it seriously and didn’t charge me for the ribs. It’s a good sign that they care about customer satisfaction. I’ll give them another visit.
