This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The service was impeccable, with staff who made me feel like a valued customer from the moment I arrived. The room was well-designed, clean, and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was outstanding. The staff at the lounge, including Bamby, Ice, Jommy, and Devi, were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to make my stay special. I unexpectedly stayed at this hotel due to a flight issue and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. The staff was accommodating and the manager at the dinner went out of their way to ensure we had a great NYE celebration. The spa was also wonderful and provided a relaxing experience for the whole family. Despite the room being a bit small and dated, the comfortable bed and nice pool made up for it. The location near the airport was a plus, and the peaceful atmosphere away from the city was exactly what we needed.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff at the lounge went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and taken care of. Bamby even made me ginger tea when I mentioned I had food poisoning. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a bathtub which was a nice touch. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the service was top-notch. I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.

Breakfast was awesome - a great international spread, from pastries and English breakfast, to fruits and curries, to Japanese cuisine. And everything we tried was of a very high quality, especially the fruit juices, Thai curries and bread and butter pudding.

The hotel is very centrally and conveniently located - it is within an easy walking distance of the BTS and MRT (even when pulling luggage). It is also close to the PatPong Night Market and several good restaurants and bars. You can get to most places without needing a taxi.

Lovely pillows helped for a comfortable sleep. The overhead shower was absolutely amazing. Best shower in town! Rooms were very comfortable and good to come back to after a long day. Selection at the breakfast buffet was very wide for varied to satisfy sweet or savoury palates.
