Rolling Ribs Brew Bar & BBQ

Saved this place for a week and finally tried it. Located at the Meridian Hotel, so the service and atmosphere were top-notch. The food was delicious, but I was slightly disappointed with the beef brisket cuts—they were small slices rather than the long, flat ones I expected. Wish they had asked for my preference. The sides were good, and I left quite satisfied. I might come back again and hope for a better cut next time.

Excellent service and generous food portions. My waiter Oil was very accommodating and eager to serve. Beef Brisket was tender and thick, but it lacked the smokiness I was expecting from an American style BBQ restaurant. The 3 main sauces saved the meats. The pork ribs need improvement - they were dry and lacked the BBQ smokey aroma. When I shared my feedback with Martin, he took it seriously and didn’t charge me for the ribs. It’s a good sign that they care about customer satisfaction. I’ll give them another visit.

Surprisingly good American BBQ for a hotel restaurant in Bangkok. The ambiance was nice too. Brisket, pulled pork, and corn bread were my favorites. The ribs were good but could’ve been more tender. Minor suggestion: have the servers offer the different BBQ sauces to all guests instead of only serving when requested. Overall, a solid BBQ spot worth visiting.

Great new open air bar and bbq haven in Bangkok. We had the combo special and it's perfectly good for four persons. Super tender meats! You definitely have to try the brisket.
