Everything was perfect. Absolutely great hotel and service in the middle of business centre of Bangkok.

Everything was really amazing, from the spectacular view over Bangkok skyscrapers from our room on 18th floor till the most stunning infinity pool on the 14th. The breakfast has probably the largest meal selection I've ever seen in a hotel, the personel is just the best.

Super clean and comfortable, the staff were amazing the food was great, and the pool was awesome. Plus we had an incredible view from our window.

Location is great! Happy hour in the executive lounge was the highlight of our stay!! We’ll certainly be coming back on our next visit to Bangkok.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, with direct access to the skytrain for easy transportation. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of dishes every day. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

What a gem of a hotel! The room was incredible, the service fantastic, and the food exceptional. The variety of dishes at breakfast and dinner was impressive, covering cuisines from around the world. The infinity pool on the 14th floor was a highlight, offering stunning views of the city.

Despite a few hiccups with Grab rides, this hotel was a fantastic choice for a 9-night stay. The pool and housekeeping services were top-notch, and the room was comfortable and clean. The tranquility of the rooms, despite being in bustling Bangkok, was a huge plus for me.

The ambience was nice, although the tables were a bit close together. While the bacon on the bagel was not crispy, the overall taste of the food was delicious. A great spot for a tasty, albeit slightly overpriced, meal.
