All Star Sports Bar
Caught a game here last weekend and loved the setup—so many big screens you don’t have to fight for a good view. The staff really stood out too, especially Rainy, who made sure our group was looked after the whole time. Drinks were solid and the food hit the spot, especially the breakfast combo with fresh watermelon juice that was surprisingly refreshing for Bangkok’s heat. Chill music kept things relaxed despite the busy crowd. Will definitely be back next time I’m in town.

I ended up visiting Hemingway a few times during my stay in Bangkok because I really enjoyed the vibe. The live band playing well-known songs made sitting outside especially nice, and the food was consistently delicious—those shrimp tostadas are definitely worth ordering. The service was friendly overall, though sometimes a bit slow, but that didn’t take away from the good time I had there.

It’s tucked away on the first floor of the Trendy Plaza building on Sukhumvit 13, which might be why it doesn’t feel super crowded even in the evenings. Prices seem fair too, both for drinks and food. If you want to try their pizza or burgers next time—they get good reviews from folks I chatted with there—I'll probably be back to find out myself.
