Stumbled upon Hannibal on our last night in Bangkok and couldn't have been happier. Although it's a bit tricky to locate, once you reach the 10th floor, you're greeted by an open-air rooftop bar with a chic vibe. The staff are incredibly attentive, and language is no barrier. The cocktails are top-notch, the city skyline view is breathtaking, and the music perfectly complements the atmosphere.
