My stay at this hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The staff were friendly and breakfast was amazing, but I was disappointed that as a platinum member, I didn't receive a complimentary upgrade to a suite. The room could use some maintenance, with stains on the couch and carpet. However, the service was excellent, so I would consider returning in the future. Overall, a decent experience with room for improvement.

This hotel in Bangkok exceeded all my expectations! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. Special shoutout to Popeye and Chayada for making our stay extra special. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

Location is great, only a few minutes' walk from Thonglo BTS station. Lots of small restaurants in the neighbourhood. Great massages places within walking distance.
