The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing me to shower and store my luggage when I arrived early. The room was clean and comfortable, although I did encounter some issues with roaches, which the staff promised to address. Despite this, the overall experience was positive, and I appreciated the convenience of being within walking distance of Nana BTS station.
