As a visitor to Bangkok, I highly recommend Iyengar Yoga Bangkok for its informative classes that focus on correct Asana alignments and mindfulness, and I especially enjoyed trying the shoulder stand with foam blocks and blankets for the first time.
This is high quality Iyengar yoga. All the teachers are a very good standard. I really enjoyed practicing here whilst I was in Bangkok and I learnt a lot.

I love the Pilates classes at Absolute You. The teachers are lovely and make regular exercise enjoyable. The studio itself is stylish and has a great atmosphere. It's a fantastic place to work out and feel good about it. Everything about this place just clicks for me.

The classes at Absolute You Ari are well organized, and the staff is friendly and competent. However, the locker rooms could use some serious attention as they're often quite dirty, with hair everywhere. It's a bit of a downer considering the rest of the place is really nice.
