I took three yoga classes at Absolute You Gaysorn Amarin while on a weekend trip to Bangkok, and it was a fantastic experience. The receptionist was helpful and spoke good English, even suggesting a package deal that turned out to be a great value. The facilities are top-notch, and the instructors, especially Harrison and Muji, were excellent. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Bangkok.

I visited Absolute You Gaysorn Amarin for a cycling class and was impressed by the large, clean space and numerous shower rooms. The class was a mix of Thai and English, which worked for me, but it wasn't beginner-friendly despite being labeled as such. My friend had trouble with the bike setup, and there was no staff around to help. They could definitely improve on making beginners feel more welcome.

Registered for yoga classes. Instructors always make sure that we get the sweat! Great for keeping in shape!
