Stopped by Polo Fried Chicken after hearing about it from a friend and finally gave it a try. The parking nearby was a bit tight but the staff helped sort it out and even covered parking since I ate there, which was nice. I went for the famous fried chicken with crispy garlic—skin was great, very crunchy and flavorful, but honestly the meat was a bit dry for my taste. Tried some other dishes too; the spicy pork soup packed quite the punch but was enjoyable if you like heat. On the downside, their fried curry fish cakes were a disappointment—super oily and bland, looked rushed out. Service felt hit or miss; some servers seemed kind of grumpy though the owner was friendly enough. Overall not bad but didn’t quite live up to all the hype for me.
