The staff at Harnn Heritage Spa, located in The Emporium on Sukhumvit Road, were incredibly helpful with fragrance selection, explaining promotions without being pushy, and even providing a good amount of samples with our sizeable purchase. I had a bit of trouble finding the shop, but the massage was so satisfying that I quickly forgot about it.

After an unfriendly experience at another branch, I was delighted with the friendly service at the Emporium branch. If you enjoy floral scents, I highly recommend trying the Camellia body products and hand cream. When I repurchase, it will definitely be from this branch. Despite making a last-minute reservation and arriving late because I got lost, the staff treated me kindly and professionally, resulting in a very satisfying treatment.
