Though seating at Gu Long Bao is limited, the quick turnover means the wait isn't too long, usually around five minutes. The freshly made buns and shumai are standard but satisfying, and the staff's willingness to manage waste adds to the pleasant experience.

Despite long lines, service is efficient, and the food is freshly made. The pork shumai, with its fried garlic and soy sauce/chili oil accompaniment, is a must-try. The store's location next to an Instagram-worthy wall adds to the appeal.

The Thai iced tea is a standout, refreshing and perfectly suited for Bangkok's heat. The Siu Mai, topped with fried garlic, is a tasty treat. While the Baos didn't impress me as much, the overall experience was enjoyable.

Gu Long Bao is consistently popular, often with a queue, but the wait is worthwhile for the delicious baked buns, which are crispy and flavorful. The minimum order for baking is three buns, so come hungry. The kanomjeep paired with milk tea is delightful, with the tea being just right in sweetness.
