Cozy Vegan Haven with Delicious Desserts

Anotai is a charming vegetarian restaurant in Bangkok's Huai Khwang district, praised for its delicious and fresh food, including standout items like vegan minced tofu, spicy herb salad, pasta, and vegan chocolate cake. Despite its somewhat inconvenient location and slow service, the restaurant's homey atmosphere, organic ingredients, and attentive staff make it worth the visit. The desserts, particularly the scones with passion fruit curd and various cakes, are highly recommended. The portions are generous, and the beverages are freshly prepared in-house.

Reviews Anotai

A cosy gem in Bangkok’s heart, Anotai offers a fantastic variety of delicious vegetarian dishes. The in-house beverages are fresh, and the staff is incredibly polite and helpful. The service can be slow, but the quality of the food makes it worth the wait.

This place serves vegetarian food with so much love and care. Even their fried egg was crispy on the outside and perfectly runny on the inside. The slow service might be a downside for some, but the food is definitely worth the wait.

You don't have to be vegan to love Anotai. Their homey, delicious dishes like pasta and gratin are to die for. The scones with passion fruit curd were a highlight, and they offer cakes and desserts to take home, which is a sweet bonus.

Anotai serves the best vegetarian food in Bangkok, hands down! The desserts and baked goods are out of this world, and everything is made with fresh, organic ingredients. We did order too much for three people, but at around THB 300 per person, it’s a great deal.

I recently visited Anotai and was blown away by the vegan minced tofu & spicy herb salad, the pasta, and the vegan chocolate cake. The portions were generous, and they even made a chocolate cake from scratch just for me. The free hibiscus water was a nice touch, and the staff were super friendly and attentive.

Wow, amazingly tasty vegetarian food. I can't stop telling my friends about this place, really strong and interesting flavours for all the dishes.

The restaurant locates in a quiet area far from traffic which is great. Staff doesn't really speak English but they are lovely.

One of the best vegan restaurants in Bangkok. If you are vegan you must try.
