Had dinner here recently and honestly it was a nice surprise. The whole “sit back and let them bring you food” style buffet is pretty clever—no elbowing for plates or queues. I tried the grilled prawns and the steamed blue crab, both fresh and tasty, plus the lobster with cheese option which was rich without being overwhelming. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially one of the managers who checked in regularly without being pushy. The place feels bright and spacious up on the 24th floor with a good vibe—not too formal but definitely polished. Would come back for a special treat or if I’m craving some quality seafood paired with Italian flavors.

I popped into Bianca for a quick lunch and ended up really enjoying it. The salmon avocado pâté had this bright lemony kick that was refreshing, and the truffle pasta blew my daughter away—she’s asked to go back just for that dish. Tried the Capricciosa pizza too, which had a nice balance of ham and tomato sauce with a perfectly crisp crust. The roasted chicken was tender, and those roasted potatoes? Seriously good. The wine from Toscana paired nicely and lifted all the flavors. It’s in a spacious spot with plenty of tables, which felt comfortable even though it’s an open layout so you hear the mall noise a bit. Service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Would definitely return when I’m nearby again.
