The place can be quite stressful and crowded, and the wait times for basic services are long. It’s not the most enjoyable experience, but it is what it is. More counters and services would definitely help reduce the waiting time and improve the experience.

Parking is limited, so arrive early or use the nearby BTS Pak Nam station. The office has moved back to its old location and spans two to three floors. For 90-day reports and resident notifications, head to the second floor. Don't forget to get your queue number on the ground floor first.

I recently visited the Samut Prakan Immigration Office at Thipnimitra Market. It's essential to prepare all your documents in advance and bring extras just in case. The officers sometimes ask for unexpected paperwork. Stay polite, patient, and follow their instructions. The food court on the ground floor is a bonus with good and cheap options.
