As a visitor to Bangkok, I highly recommend Iyengar Yoga Bangkok for its informative classes that focus on correct Asana alignments and mindfulness, and I especially enjoyed trying the shoulder stand with foam blocks and blankets for the first time.

This is high quality Iyengar yoga. All the teachers are a very good standard. I really enjoyed practicing here whilst I was in Bangkok and I learnt a lot.
