Phukalini Luxury Pool Villa & Onsen

From the warm welcome treats to the attentive staff who seemed to anticipate our every need, this place made our family trip truly special. The kids loved the games and electric cars, while we enjoyed cocktails during happy hour. It’s rare to find a hotel that nails comfort and service so well.

This resort feels like a little slice of luxury with spacious rooms and beautiful gardens. The breakfast was solid, the pool inviting, and though the gym was small, everything else more than made up for it. I’m already planning my next visit.

Our family had an amazing time here—the pool, onsen, and jacuzzi were all private and fantastic. The staff really went out of their way to make us comfortable, plus the free ice cream machine was a huge hit with the kids. Definitely a spot I’d recommend to anyone visiting Hua Hin.

Stayed in a couple of villas with friends, and the onsen in the 3-bedroom one was legit—perfectly warm and super relaxing. The staff were friendly and quick to respond on LINE, which made everything easier. It’s a bit out of the way, but if you’re after peace and quiet, this place hits the spot.
