Chef LeeZ

I didn’t expect making coconut cream from scratch to be so satisfying—plus, Chef LeeZ’s way of explaining everything made the whole day fly by while we whipped up some seriously amazing Thai food.

Spending the day learning Thai cooking from Chef LeeZ was definitely a highlight of our trip. She shared so much knowledge about authentic ingredients and techniques, making the experience both educational and fun. The small class size meant we got plenty of personal attention, and the food we prepared was some of the best I’ve ever tasted in Thailand.

Cooking with Chef LeeZ was an unforgettable adventure that combined a market visit and hands-on lessons in traditional Thai cuisine. I loved how everything was made from scratch, from coconut milk to chili paste, and the detailed explanations made me feel confident in recreating these dishes at home. It felt like a full cultural immersion in just one afternoon.
