After a three-year break, revisiting this bakery was a delight. The friendly staff recognized me and provided prompt service. The sourdough avocado and egg sandwich was exceptional, with the caramelized garlic and chilies adding a special touch to the dish. I can't believe I waited so long to come back, and I will definitely be making this a regular stop again.

The bright and clean atmosphere of this bakery was a nice surprise, and the feta avo toast, beet salad, kale salad, and baba sandwich were all delicious. The pastries were top-notch, and the lemonade ginger soda and iced latte were the perfect accompaniments to the meal. It's definitely worth a visit for a light, Western-style meal in a cozy setting.

Really good sandwiches here at Holey. It's definitely a great spot for breakfast and Lunch.

I loved my first visit to Holey Artisan! The burger was delicious, although I wish it came with fries. The pizza was unique and tasty, more like a Focaccia bread. The ambience was great, and I enjoyed being able to see the bread production while dining in. The staff spoke English well, which was a plus.
