Pe Aor
Tom Yum Kung Noodle
Flavorful Tom Yum Soup with Noodles
The Tom Yum here is top-notch, probably the best in Thailand. The balance of flavors was perfect, with just the right amount of heat. The noodles were cooked perfectly and still had a nice texture. Despite it being busy, we were seated quickly and enjoyed every bite of our meal.

Guay Jub Mr. Joe
Crispy Pork
Crispy Pork Delight at Guay Jub Mr. Joe
I absolutely loved the crispy pork at this restaurant! It was perfectly cooked and incredibly crispy, definitely a must-try dish. The soup was also delicious, with a peppery and herbally flavor that hit the spot. I would definitely come back for more of that crispy pork.

Ann Guay Tiew Kua Gai
Having visited Ann Guay Tiew Kua Gai multiple times, I can confidently say it's the best place for fried noodles in Bangkok. There's usually a small queue due to its well-deserved Michelin recognition, but it's worth the wait. The service is swift, and the food is freshly prepared. The signature dish is a must-try, and the fried wontons provide a delightful crispy touch. The combination of flavors and reasonable prices make it a favorite.

Charoen Saeng Silom
Pork Knuckle
Hidden Gem for Pork Lovers
I absolutely loved the softness of the meat at this restaurant. The pork literally melts in your mouth. The sauce was a bit spicy for me, but it complemented the pork well. The only downside was sitting outside next to the pathway with fumes from passing motorbikes.

This shophouse eatery has a rustic charm and serves a unique jok with a mildly smoky flavor, featuring loose pork meatballs that are both hearty and chewy. Despite being packed with locals in the morning, the service is efficient, with English menus available for easy ordering.
