Lake View Resort and Golf Club

Had a pleasant day teeing off and grabbing lunch here. The holes are pretty cool, though the greens can be patchy and the staff communication was a bit of a puzzle since English isn't widely spoken. Still, I’d come back just for the course layout alone.

The golf itself is lovely, but I have to say, the caddies could use some pep. They seem more interested in chatting amongst themselves than helping out, which is a bit of a letdown compared to other courses nearby.

Played here twice and honestly, the course condition surprised me in a good way. The practice facilities are solid—definitely up there with the best in Hua Hin. Only downside? A bit of a trek if you’re staying in town.

The course at Lake View is a nice, laid-back spot with plenty of space to swing without feeling punished by the water hazards. The greens aren’t lightning-fast, which makes for a fair but relaxed game, perfect if you want something easy-going between tougher rounds.
