Had dinner here recently and honestly it was a nice surprise. The whole “sit back and let them bring you food” style buffet is pretty clever—no elbowing for plates or queues. I tried the grilled prawns and the steamed blue crab, both fresh and tasty, plus the lobster with cheese option which was rich without being overwhelming. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially one of the managers who checked in regularly without being pushy. The place feels bright and spacious up on the 24th floor with a good vibe—not too formal but definitely polished. Would come back for a special treat or if I’m craving some quality seafood paired with Italian flavors.

During my recent visit, the food quality at Ventisi was better than previous visits, though the selection could be more extensive. The staff was generally nice, though repeated inquiries about drinks became slightly annoying. It was noticeable that some staff did not wear masks, while many Thai clients chose to keep theirs on, which could be improved for better consistency in safety practices.

Ventisi offers an incredible dining experience with an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere. The service is excellent, and the seafood is a standout, featuring a variety of premium options like grilled prawns, steamed blue crab, and oysters with condiments. Opting for the premium package, which includes a whole lobster, is highly recommended as it's cooked to perfection and delicious. The unique aspect of this buffet is that everything is served to your table, allowing you to enjoy a stress-free meal while also exploring a variety of side dishes, salads, and desserts from the buffet line.

Wine pairing dinners at Ventisi are truly outstanding, showcasing wonderful Italian regional menus crafted by Executive Chef Andrea and his team. The attention to detail and exceptional service, particularly from K. Arm, make the dining experience feel welcoming and special. It's a highly recommended experience, deserving of a perfect 10/10.
