I usually practice at Absolute Singapore, so I had to check out Absolute Bangkok during my trip. Booking through ClassPass was easy, and while the studio was packed on weekdays, it was almost empty on Saturday. The class pace in Bangkok is slower and focuses more on endurance and resistance, which I enjoyed just as much as the faster pace in Singapore. I'll definitely return!

Absolute You is a fantastic studio with excellent facilities and instructors. My only gripe is that the drop-in rate is a bit steep for just a single class. Other than that, it's a great place to get your yoga fix.

This place is my favorite yoga spot in Bangkok. The vibe is super nice, and the instructors are top-notch. It's always a good session here.
