The fish tasted incredibly fresh—as if it had just come off the boat that morning—and they change the menu with the seasons, so it felt authentic and thoughtful. Also, their pickles were surprisingly addictive; I might have eaten too many of those. If you can snag a reservation, definitely go for it. It’s quiet, cozy, and one of the best sushi meals I’ve had outside Japan.
