There’s something special about this place—the three distinct 9-hole courses mean you can mix it up whenever you visit. Fairways and tees were spotless, and the whole operation runs smoothly. The caddies added a nice personal touch too, making it more than just a game out there.

After trying a bunch of courses around Hua Hin, Black Mountain feels like the one that really gets it right. The facilities are top-notch, the staff genuinely friendly and professional, and my caddy Nuk was both fun and skilled—made the day fly by. Definitely a spot I’d recommend if you want more than just golf.

Black Mountain stands out in Hua Hin for a reason—great layout, well-kept greens that roll fast, and plenty of water hazards to keep things interesting. The clubhouse views are a nice bonus, perfect for unwinding with a drink after the round. Plus, their driving range setup with an air-conditioned lounge is a surprisingly cool touch.

The course looked incredible when I played just nine holes there in December 2025, and the caddies really knew their stuff, especially on those tricky greens. Oh, and the burger at the clubhouse? Totally worth writing home about. I’m already planning my next visit to conquer all 18.
