We came here to celebrate my husband’s birthday and were blown away by the attention to detail. They swapped out beef tartare for tuna without fuss, which was a relief since we don’t eat beef. The sourdough brioche with onion ash butter might be the best bread I’ve ever had—and they let us have refills with fresh butter each time, which felt like such a nice touch. Our mains—chicken for him and trout for me—were perfectly cooked, and that curry hollandaise on the trout was just next level. The team even surprised us with a birthday cake, making the night feel extra special. Cozy atmosphere, great service, and definitely Michelin-worthy. We’ll be back next time we’re in Bangkok!
