The dining experience at Cannubi is truly spectacular, with a focus on both presentation and taste. The degustation menu offers seven courses of pure joy, each dish outstanding in its own right. Despite the high prices, the exceptional service and food make it worth every penny. Having dined at The Normandie Grill at the Mandarin Oriental, I must say that Cannubi outshines it, and is a must-visit for fine dining enthusiasts.

While the reservation process can be complicated and table changes not always accommodated, the overall dining experience is delightful. Note that outside cakes are not allowed to be consumed in the restaurant, and while dishes are introduced by staff, they are not the chef.

Cannubi offers a wonderfully memorable experience, starting with signature cocktails in the wine bar and lounge. The tasting menu is well-curated, and the wine pairing is a highlight, expertly selected by the sommelier to complement the meal. Despite a minor mix-up with the number of wine pairings ordered, the overall experience was satisfying, with attentive service and a well-reflected final bill. We look forward to returning to explore the à la carte menu.
