Stayed at Rosewood Bangkok expecting a fun nod to a TV show I enjoy, but it turned out to be the highlight of our trip! The staff were incredibly thoughtful—when I fell ill, they left extra tissue boxes and cleaned the room super quietly. They even left me a bookmark after noticing a receipt for one in my room. Top-notch service, truly above and beyond!

Had a great time at this hotel! The M-Club and Atop Bar have a fantastic atmosphere that really adds to the experience. The overall service, including in-room dining, was outstanding. While some of the facilities are a bit dated and could use a renovation, it was still very acceptable. The rooms are super quiet and offer excellent privacy. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location and River Views, but Needs Room Refurbishment

The river views from this hotel are stunning, and the staff are attentive and polite. However, the rooms really need refurbishing. I have a dust allergy and felt sick after one night because of the old, dusty rug. Despite the staff's efforts with an air purifier, the issue persisted. Great location and reputation, but I wouldn’t return until the rooms are renovated.

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk from the train station and a 7-11. The staff was friendly and hospitable, making our check-in process smooth. The first night's dinner was excellent, but the subsequent meals, including breakfast, were average. The room was very comfortable; I hadn't slept that well in a hotel in a long time.
