The weekly market on Fridays is small but offers so much variety in food. • Liab Duan Night Market

    Tue 17:00-02:00

A Shopper's Paradise with Delectable Street Food

I stopped by the Liab Duan Market near Ramintra one evening and was pleasantly surprised by how authentic and lively it felt compared to the more touristy spots. It’s massive, with distinct areas for food, vintage finds, and clothes. The Transformers statues caught my eye—they’re a quirky landmark that’s worth a quick photo. The food stalls offer tasty Thai street eats at really low prices; I especially liked the grilled skewers. Just be ready for the heat and humidity—bring water and a towel if you’re not used to it. Getting there is easier by taxi since it’s pretty far from downtown, but if you want something closer with carnival rides, there’s also the newer DanNeramit market nearby. Overall, it felt like a genuine local hangout rather than a tourist trap, which made it one of my favorite night markets in Bangkok so far.

Vibrant Nightlife and Diverse Food Options at First One Market

I found this market to be bustling with people all week long, even on weekdays. It's got a lot to offer, from restaurants and food stalls to shops selling clothing, accessories, and toys. The market gets busy around 6 pm, and it’s near the main road and a mall, so getting there via BTS is super convenient. We visited on a weekend, enjoyed some delicious and affordable food, and even found accessories for as low as 20 THB. There’s something for everyone, and overall, it was a great experience!
