Even as a vegetarian, I found Quilombo to be a delightful surprise—great cocktails, warm ambiance, and excellent service made it worth the visit. The decor is unlike anything else in Bangkok, making it an ideal spot for a relaxed night out with friends or a special date. The quality and care they put into everything really stood out.

Walking into Quilombo feels like stepping into a castle, with an atmosphere that’s both elegant and inviting. The ribeye steak was perfectly cooked to medium rare, tender and bursting with flavor, especially when paired with their unique chimichurri sauces. The staff, particularly Fern, made the evening even more special with attentive and friendly service.
