The restaurant has a great vibe and is not overly crowded, making it a pleasant spot to enjoy a meal. While there are many types of pizza and plenty of wine options, beer lovers might be disappointed with only Singha available on draft. The service is commendable, and credit cards are accepted. Parking is conveniently located in the next building.

Ciao Pizza offers a beautifully decorated dining experience where you can watch your pizza being made in the oven. Despite the appealing atmosphere, some may find the pizza dough too thin and crunchy, leaving the mouth feeling uncomfortable. However, the bruschetta and pasta dishes are exceptional. The restaurant's prices are on the higher side, with a meal including one bruschetta, one ravioli, and one pizza costing 1,900 baht.
