I had a delightful late dinner at Acqua without a reservation and was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and seamless service. Opting for the tasting menu, the dishes were exquisite, with a particularly well-curated wine pairing. However, the house's signature pork dish was a letdown, as it was tough and lacked crispy skin. The playful dessert featuring a music box added a unique touch to the meal, making it an almost perfect dining experience.

Acqua boasts the best Italian wine list in Bangkok, complementing its outstanding dishes like the earthy, beef-stock-rich risotto and the speechless ravioli beef ragout.
