Celebrating our anniversary at Anne-Sophie Pic's new restaurant at the Mandarin Oriental was an unforgettable experience. The relaxed yet elegant ambiance, coupled with exceptional service led by the attentive German restaurant manager Kyan, made for a flawless evening. The dishes, particularly the outstanding lobster, were a feast for the senses, with each one thoughtfully crafted to highlight its flavors without being overcomplicated. The evening was seamlessly orchestrated, ensuring we felt genuinely cared for throughout the night.

My visit to Anne-Sophie Pic at Le Normandie was a gastronomic delight. The restaurant's sophisticated décor, featuring soft lighting and modern gold floral accents, creates an inviting atmosphere. The menu reflects Chef Anne-Sophie Pic's signature style, with a perfect balance of softness, intensity, and emotion. Each course, from the caviar to the expertly cooked lamb and duck, was a testament to the chef's attention to detail and culinary artistry.
