We celebrated a special occasion at Blue by Alain Ducasse and were thoroughly impressed. I highly recommend Blue for both tourists and locals seeking a fine dining experience. The food was superb, and the service was professional and friendly. However, the cooking time was longer than expected, taking about two and a half hours to complete the courses. Despite this, the overall experience was delightful and worth the visit.
