PHENIX Patunam is a spacious and relaxing center that looks fabulous compared to years back. The bottom couple of floors are mainly wholesale food products, resembling a permanent food expo, while the next two levels feature computer and tech shops. The top floor houses a food court called Cricket, offering mostly Thai food, and there are bubble tea, cafe, and bar stalls on the ground floor. It's a great place to escape the heat, with plenty of seating and even live bands on certain days.

The cool and relaxed vibe of PHENIX Patunam is enhanced by lots of seating areas and a variety of Halal food options available at the 4th-floor food court. It's the biggest and newest food mall in the Watergate area, making it a notable spot for food lovers.
