Had a blast tasting dishes that danced between bright citrus and rich meats—definitely a chef who knows how to keep things interesting. Plus, the sommelier’s wine picks were spot-on, making the whole night feel effortless and fun.

Food here is a real adventure—there’s this lively play between sour and rich flavors that kept surprising me throughout the meal. The chef’s roots in some top kitchens definitely show; every dish felt carefully crafted with loads of thought behind it. They even took us into the kitchen at the end, and I was stunned by how spotless and organized everything was despite all the action happening. The space inside feels cozy and modern but honestly, the outside view from the hotel is nothing special. Still, once you’re seated, you forget all about that. Service was friendly, with a sommelier who clearly knows their stuff—wine pairings really lifted the experience. Can’t wait to come back for what they cook up next.

Etcha is an exciting culinary destination in Bangkok, where each dish is a testament to the chef's commitment to sustainability and flavor innovation. The northern boundary concept adds a unique twist, and the vibrant flavors keep diners engaged throughout the meal. While the ambiance might be a bit dark, the restaurant makes up for it with its warm service and an impressive selection of quality wines. A visit to Etcha promises an unforgettable experience filled with passion and creativity.

Etcha offers a remarkable dining experience that showcases Chef Giacomo Primante's skillful blend of local flavors with innovative techniques. The thoughtfully crafted menu is a testament to the chef's borderless philosophy, featuring standout dishes like Thai Rock Lobster and beeswax-aged pigeon. The service is impeccable, with an exceptional wine pairing that complements each course, and a serene tea program that concludes the meal with elegance. Although the restaurant's ambiance may not be as striking due to its location, the interior transports you to a world of refined dining.
