On my second visit to Tang Yuu, I noticed a drop in food quality, particularly with the fried mushroom, which I had loved previously. This time, the mushroom was oily and not crispy, which was quite disappointing. However, the restaurant still offers good sauces and ingredients, making it worth a visit despite the inconsistency in some dishes.
