Grande Centre Point Ratchadamri offers a luxurious stay with smooth check-in and indulgent amenities like a jacuzzi and sauna. The hospitality is top-notch, making it one of my favorite hotels in Thailand. However, the lingering cigarette odor on the 35th floor was disappointing. Despite this, the overall experience, including the excellent spa, will surely bring me back.

Maitria Sukhumvit 18 is our family's favorite hotel in Bangkok, and it never disappoints. The staff are always accommodating, and the free drinks in the fridge are a nice touch. The breakfast spread is decent, with delicious croissants that are soft and fluffy when heated. The location is fantastic, with a top-notch coffee shop just down the street. It's the little things like these that make our stays here so enjoyable and keep us coming back.

We had a pleasant stay at Grande Centre Point Ploenchit, booking a suite with a balcony that was both spacious and well-equipped with a kitchen. The hotel's location is extremely convenient, just a short walk from the Ploenchit and Chit Lom BTS stations, making it easy to explore nearby shopping malls like Central World and Erawan. The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in process and providing helpful service throughout our stay. The balcony was a cozy addition, offering a nice spot to relax.

The pricing was competitive compared to other hotels, and the central location made it easy to explore the city. Despite the hotel's great location and amenities, including a pool, gym, and sauna, there are some concerns about the strict no-smoking policy, additional charges for amenities like extra duvets, and a high damage deposit. The staff are generally friendly, but not all are proficient in English, which can lead to some communication issues.
