I had a remarkable dining experience at Avant, a French/Japanese fusion restaurant that masterfully balances creativity and restraint. The chef's previous experience at Water Library is evident in the beautifully plated dishes and perfect flavors. The staff delivers seamless service, making the visit even more enjoyable. Avant's Michelin star is well-deserved, and I'm certain it will earn another soon. The small portions allowed us to try a variety of dishes, and the Unji and Akemo stood out as truly unique.
